Partner network

Not only through our international offices do we have access to a database of candidates wishing to relocate nationally or globally but we are unique in that we have access to certain specialised skill sets. Our partners give us access to candidates who have either not responded to advertising, or who do not look at jobs through the internet or who have not seen our specific adverts etc.

By working with Partners we are expanding our Database ten fold. We can have 15 to 20 people working on our requirements within a day's notice. Prior to any candidates being forwarded to us, they are pre-screened before going through our screening process. Finally, the validity of the local/overseas databases of our partners is such that they are only selecting candidates who are interested in permanent or contract/contract to hire positions.

The advantages to our clients is simply our access to candidates is increased dramatically. We take on specific partners for specific skill sets thus increasing our chances of identifying applicable candidates. Where there are instances of geographically remote locations or language requirements, we can ‘engage' those suitable partners to help resource relevant candidate more effectively
